Very solid book
This book is KING! I could sit here and type paragraphs upon paragraphs praising how useful this book is but that would do you no good. It's true, I bought this book after reading reviews, but it was only after I started using it when i was really convinced how "awesome" this book really is. I love it! I'm sure you will too! A great book for any medical student!

AWESOME explanation of EVERY single aspect of INTERNAL MED!!! A must HAVE!!
This book goes into the pathophys of the bread & butter!!!! It bolds the high-yield points and has Side effects of TX to keep in mind!!! THIS book is far more precise and understandable than any other TEXTBOOK such as Harrison's, Washington manual, and even Robbin's!!!

A cannot do without wonder
My go to. Concise, in-depth, amazingly well thought out.

Richard Goldblatt

A review from the heart!!
Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. The chapters devoted to critical care medicine (assisted methods of ventilation & sepsis) are worth the price alone as they break the subjects and the various modalities and treatments down to a very understandable level... better than any other text or review article I have read!! My ICU attending was so impressed, that he asked me to make copies of several chapters for all 3 teams. Copyright issues??? Anyway, this book has a fan in me. Just thought I'd add this to whats already been said.

Strong work
Love having this book on the wards! Swear! Detailed enough for home/ downtime reading, and still user friendly enough to quickly look pretty much anything I've needed or wanted on the fly. Real useful to have along on morning rounds and noon report as well. Its layout is a kinda sectional multi-bullet form that works nicely, especially in the face of ALL the info in there.

Kate Morlan

A must have
I bought this book based on reviews of other people and it turns out they were so right. The content is excellent. I especially liked the pathophysiology sections. I would highly recommend this book to all residents.
